The design for capsule began with a simple sketch, like a child’s drawing. The form was ideated and modified from this beginning. The idea was to have a ‘capsule’ that could be easily made using simple materials and be replicated easily.

The ‘capsule’ is designed such that it could change the nature of the furniture depending on how multiple of these are connected based on the availability of scrap material.

It could function as a single seater, or in formal or informal linear seating.
